Anjaana Anjaani

Anjaana Anjaani

Movie Report
Anjaana Anjaani is a romantic-comedy directed by write-director Siddharth Raj Anand. The film has a simple and refreshing love story with good performances. The pace of the film is a bit slower, but it doesn't get boring.

Anjaana Anjaani reveals the story of Akash (Ranbir Kapoor) and Kiara (Priyanka Chopra) who are not satisfied with their lives and want to commit suicide. The strangers come across one another during one such attempt and find out that they do not have nerves required to commit the act. After numerous failed attempts, they finally decide to end their lives on 31st December, which is 20 days away. They agree to fulfill their unfinished wishes before their 'death' day.

The two characters are fed up with life and do not want to live any longer but they end up enjoying each other's company. Kiara and Akash embark on across-country trip with death as their destination but they find love instead. Does love really become the destination for both of them forms the rest part of the story.

Siddharth Anand has an eye for visuals and that is apparent once again after seeing his work in 'Anjaana Anjaani'. For the right results in 'Anjaana Anjaani', producer Sajid Nadiadwala has left no stones unturned to give the film a polished look and that is visible in practically every single sequence in 'Anjaana Anjaani'.

Performance wise, Ranbir Kapoor acts very well and is quite laoveable once again. Priyanka Chopra gives an excellent performance. The chemistry between both the lead actors is radiant.Zayed Khan's role is decent.

On the whole, Anjaana Anjaani is a complete superhit package. Don't miss it.
